The Medallion of Craeis hall

The Medallion is a strange object, a small Pentagonal ruby encased in a rim of copper on a chain of silver it was found in an abandoned mansion known only as Craeis hall located deep in strange marshes near the border, its properties are that the wearer has sure footing on any ground but gives the wearer a strange look of almost webbed feet and gill like lacerations upon the neck. When the legendary adventurer Terrance the lost discovered the item he said that the case it was in had a scaly texture and appeared to move when he turned his back.
